Coverage
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty covers any defects related to the slider head, handles, wheels, 3-pin lock, and trolley. We stand by the quality of our products and are dedicated to making sure they perform as expected.
- Airline Mishandling: We understand that accidents happen. Our warranty includes damage caused by airline mishandling during normal use of the luggage, with the exception of wheel-only damage.
Warranty Period:
- 1 Year from Date of Purchase: To avail of the warranty service, please retain your proof of purchase. This ensures that you are covered from the date of purchase for a full year.
Exclusions
While our warranty covers a broad range of issues, there are certain conditions and types of damage that are not covered:
- Luggage Zipper: Issues with the luggage zipper are not included in the warranty coverage.
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic damage that occurs through regular use.
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper handling, abuse, or neglect is not covered.
- Personal Items: The warranty does not cover the loss or damage of personal items stored inside the luggage.
- Incidental or Consequential Damages: We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our luggage.
Additional Notes
- Delivery Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our workshop located at No.23, 6th Floor, Wisma Wai Kuan, Jalan Petaling, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. Alternatively, customers can bring their luggage to our workshop personally at No.14, Ground Floor, Jalan Petaling, 50000 Kuala Lumpur
- Repair Time: Walk-in customers will receive priority, and repairs will typically be completed within 3-4 hours, depending on the current list of orders.
- Terms and Conditions Apply: Please note that all warranty claims are subject to our terms and conditions, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
